Hi there just wanted to know right now I'm trying to lose weight to reduce the fat around my stomach is there any excerises or other things to make my abs pop

pdumenil Go on a slight calorie deficit for couple weeks plus 8000-10000 steps a day 2-3 hitt sessions a week. See how your body responds and reduce carbs accordingly. 🙂

p.bxtrm Crunches gonna make abs pop when they show up. And diet is what makes them show up.
Had a look on your profile. I'd say you have about 20 pounds to drop before abs start to show up, so just keep at it.

bootneck77 One of the most difficult areas for men. Persistence is key. Start with Decline Crunches, Hanging Leg Raises, Feet Raised Mountain Climbers and the like. These are all good exercises to target that specific area.

BlauerCorsar cardio. or build a lot of muscles so that they consume a lot of calories/fat.
and to lose fat on a specific point is not possible (as far as i know) - you can lose fat only in general.
there's somewhere a good explanation Video on YT, with a bag full of water. you can lose only water in general, noit water from the bottom only.
The other Point would be eating - Go on a calorie deficit with your food.
(for me the way to get in a deficit is easier by doing cardio 😃)
